Table Box

Hi,

Is it possible to display the data in a  vertical position in a table box.

I can position the table headers in that format, but is it possible to position the data also?

Thanks.

If you mean to orient the data vertically, then no, I don't think that is possible.

Not in the native objects. You would have to look for an extension in order to do that.

Hi,

Could you tell me which extension would work. I'm new here and I have this requirement.

Thanks.

I am afraid I can not. It was more a general reflection, that if native object do not support a specific functionalityyour option is extension objects.

Look in Qlik Market for possible 3rd party extensions.

Please try the below:

Properties -> Presentation --> check Vertical Column label

hope this helps

Post is not for the label , but for the data in the table which is not possible.

Hi,

Is it possible if I run a VB script code. Is there any method to change the orientation.

Thanks.

There is no native function to do what you are asking for. VBScript is not a magic feature, it can only run existing functions. So you can not address this requirement through VBScript

There are two options to extend the layout in Webview/AJAX client;

  1. Extension object that allows for the setting your are looking for.
  2. Document extension that alter layout of existing objects

For the extension alternatives, you will have to look for existing solutions or write your own extension.

Look in Qlik Market for current extensions: QlikMarket
