We have set up Qlikview 11 QMC and access point.
We are starting the services as local account qvadmin which is part of the Qlik View Administrators Group locally.
We can access the access point on the server it self as any user part of the domain
Whenever we come to access from a remote client we are presented with a logon box and no users will allow access.
In the server log file we can see the following message
System Error: No mapping between account names and security IDs was done.
However trying in Chrome with the same username and passwords access is granted
Anyone have any ideas
Have you got the solution for this issue? I'm facing the same problem now, user's were able login to access point till 4 days ago. Suddenly it started rejecting the users, only local service account is able to get access through the access point. If you have the solution kindly let me know.
