I have been facing the above error message during the import of user email addresses from Excel to the Nprinting NSQ template.
Else it could be Field " VALUE " not found error message
Has anyone encountered this error message before?
Currently using Nprinting v220.127.116.11
Are you able to supply the excel file used to allow us to investigate further?
Unfortunately I'm unable to supply the excel file as it contains sensitive data.
Was there a specific area/function which you were planning to investigate further that I could do it with some guide from you?
I just wanted to check the syntax and values to see if I could identify why the error was generated.
I'll ask someone from support to take a look at this.
This problem can usually be resolved removing all of the recipients from nsq first and then recreating the Recipient Import again.
Do let me know if it works.
Noted, will follow as recommended & feedback after a few weeks.
Fyi, this approach was done during the older version 15 of Nprinting & it didn't work.
Currently using ver18.104.22.168.
FYI, the removing of all recipient and recreating didn't work. It still failed.
Did another approach by saving the file .xls file under a new name.
