NPrinting is very straigtforward to isntall. For each NPrinting developer, they will also need a QlikView license since NPrinting client will connect and open up the QlikView application being accessed for the report development.
Make sure all paths for nsq files, templates, and outputs all use UNC pathing in the file location
Alos, when you say 'large audience' how many people does that involve? Is that from the development side or the recipient side.
There is really no restrictions based on the number of recipients that will be receiving the reports.
The service account that the service runs under must have access to all paths defined as well as the qvw files on the NPrinting server
Hope taht helps
There isn't much written documentation for NPrinting yet (in the making, I guess)
However for technical information, details about how NPrinting works, training and examples, you can still visit the creator's web site at http://www.vizubi.com. Watch the demo or select "Community Help" for detailed (technical) information.
If you go to NPrinting -Vizubi: Office and HTML Report Creation and Distribution SoftwareCreate professional Office and HTML reports … and click on the Help link at the bottom, you can then search for different articles and tutorials. There is not an all-encompassing book or documentation.
Below is the link that talks about isntalling the software and requirements
