QMC works remotely, Hub does not.

When I access from another server QMC works but Hub won't load. Qlik generates the Error:

"Connection lost. Make sure that Qlik Sense is running properly. If your session has timed out due to inactivity, refresh to continue working."

This happens whether I am logging in with credentials the first time or whether or not I hit the refresh button. No firewalls are in between this connection so that is not the issue.I do get prompted for credentials.

I've read multiple posts and added the source server IP address (which is in the same domain) and the domain name to the Websocket origin white list. It still fails. What am I missing?

Thanks,

Chris

I forgot to add: I ran a capture and checked the logs which shows the same thing:

Wireshark

GET /

HTTP/1.1 400 The HTTP request header is incorrect

Connection: keep-alive

Content-Type: text/html

Content-Length: 18147

Cache-Control: no-cache

It coincides with the Audit Proxy log but I don't know how to fix it. Can you tell me what is going wrong?
