Kindly let me know how many folders required in one environment for example placing files, access to users for placing files, for Access point etc...
It depends on what all data you have. I use below folders in my implementations.

The expectation is for example :
We have Desktop Client ---> Server(For testing) --> Production Server
So I would like to know the flow from one shared folder to other how the flow would go starting from user placing the required files.
If you follow the same folder and directory structure, you just need to move folders from dev to qa to prod.
If you have different folder structures, then you need to handle the same via storing the folder path in variables and changing them whenever required.
