Show/Hidden object with reference to other object selection

Dear Community,

I have 2 bar charts and 1 straight table , now if i make a selection on the

straight table where i can able to show only 1 bar chart.

Generally i can write a condition in layout table if for ex: Year=2013.

Whereas in this scenario, if any selection done on Straight table, one bar chart should be hidden. Any chance?

Thanks.

Raju

You certainly can use a show condition Year=2013 in the bar chart, but it will work no matter where to make the selection - in a straight table, or in a list box, or anywhere else.

May be getselectedcount() will help. Could you add some screenhots to get a better understanding of your requirement?

Unfortunately i cannot able to add any screenshot here.

The requirement is 'i want to show or hide object' based on 'any selection on other object'. I do know whether it is possible or not.
