Michel - Yes this is a known issue we are currently working on a fix. Apologies for the inconvenience I will update this thread when we deploy the fix.

Karl, Thanks for your answer. In fact it seems the issue is due to the lenght of email. I tried with a shorter email and it was working.

interesting, did the new email address used have a dash in it as well?
The shorter email address had no dash.
You are right! it is the dash which disabled the submit button

This issue is now resolved with last nights deploy of v2.0.26.
