      SET MoneyDecimalSep=',';
      SET MoneyFormat='# ##0,00 €;-# ##0,00 €';
      SET TimeFormat='hh:mm:ss';
      SET DateFormat='DD/MM/YYYY';
      SET TimestampFormat='DD/MM/YYYY hh:mm:ss[.fff]';
      SET MonthNames='janv.;févr.;mars;avr.;mai;juin;juil.;août;sept.;oct.;nov.;déc.';
      SET DayNames='lun.;mar.;mer.;jeu.;ven.;sam.;dim.';

      in_map:
      load ticket_id as id, create_time as create_time;
      select ticket_id, min(create_time) as create_time
      from ticket_history where
      history_type_id=16 and (name like "\%\%Hotline\%\%%\%\%%\%\%%" or name like "\%\%D3 Alerts\%\%%\%\%%\%\%%")
      group by id;

      out_map:
      load ticket_id as id, create_time as create_time;
      select ticket_id, min(create_time) as create_time
      from ticket_history where
      history_type_id =16 and (name like "\%\%%\%\%Hotline\%\%%" or name like "\%\%%\%\%D3 Alerts\%\%%")
      group by ticket_id;
