Running cost of Qlikview License is Mandatory for First year?????

Hi All,

Need a clarification on Qlikview running cost.

Question1: Suppose if we buy 20 Named CALs, Is it mandatory to pay Annual Maintenance fee(running cost/support cost) for First Year?

Question2: What if we buy any additional software like NPrinting, For this also do we need to pay Annual Maintenance Cost? Is it mandatory to pay Annual Maintainance cost for First Year?

How we can avoid running cost ?

Hi Neeru,

I think yes, we have to pay the Annual Maintenance cost for First Year, however this might be waived off in case of Enterprise License, where your organization may purchase thousands of licenses....

Still, I recommend please check with Qlik guys as they will sure provide the information "on Demand".
