I need to calculate CA for the last year

I try

=num(Sum({1< DateTest={'$(=Datedate(AddYears(Today()-1, -1),'YYYY-MM-dd'))'}>}[Prix de vente TTC] ),'# ##0 ;-# ##0 ')

but it doesn't no values .
