    Unable to add user to Cals

      Hi Experts,

       

      We have purchased 5 named cal's. I have successfully configured  my active directory server and I can see the users in active directory.  After adding the user in System --> Licenses --> QlikView Server --> Assigned cals I can see the user and with out any start date time stamp (Refer the below image). Again I was trying to add the same user under users --> user Management --> Cal's I am able to add the user but after clicking the some other tabs and come back to  the path users --> user Management --> Cal's user is not appearing any more in Cal's. No luck when I try to access the access point. Please advice

       

      Note: localadmin is the admin ID where I can use it successfully
