I am getting the Access Violation error in Nprinting

can you please provide specifics on when you are getting the error?  running a report or task? creating a tempalte? saving a template? save for filter, nsq???

During preview or running the task.

what tempaltes are you using?  word, office, excel?

if it is a problem with those, try either pixe perfect or qlikview entity report - they do not use office products.

You may want to re-install Nprinting and possibly office

Thanks for the response the issue is fixed.

Issue is due to null values in the cycle through field. Null values are not selectable. So the server connection is lost and getting the error.
