Failed to Launch EDX Task

Hi guys,

We have a user who has just reinstalled the operating system for her laptop cannot start up the task. When she clicked on the button an error message popped up "Failed to Launch http://qlikxxxxxxxxxx" pls refer to the screenshot.

It was working fine before reinstalling the system, and i tried my own user account on her computer, the same issue. We're using the user access control of "personate='ture' "

Hi,

Did you mean to have "impersonate='true'" ? 

Your example shows 'ture' not 'true'.

Hi, yes, it's 'true'. not this issue, since it's working fine before. this issue occurred after reinstalling the operating system.

QlikOCX? Is the user's license ok? Has it been properly leased, or are you running a document with an OEM license?

How exactly is this call launched?
