We have multiple dashboards in production and they all fetch data from SalesForce along with many other data sources.
Everything was working fine till last weekend when our physical servers were moved from one location and now they are inside a secure network.
Once the servers came back online my documents were able to pull data from all other data sources except Salesforce. I was able to connect to SalesForce with the user credentials but the data fetch returns 0 rows of data.
So, I requested our System Administrator to add the QlikView server in the list of servers able to access SalesForce
He added the server to that list and verified that the port is open. He can telnet to salesforce.com on port 443. The connection is open to SalesForce. Also the IP from where our server originates, x.x.x.194, has been whitelisted on SFDC.
Still it is fetching 0 data.
Have you encountered this situation before. Please help.
