we have a client that recently upgraded fro v 9 to v 11.20 SR 12 (believe it or not).
However, there server licence is still an old Q4C (Qlikview for communities) - is this configuration likely to cause issues?
The licence model is unusual at 1 Document with 100 users, they only have one qvw available in the access point, but the 'Availability Limitation' ' Allow this document to be loaded by the Qlikview Server' keeps on getting greyed out and un-ticked, which leads to Access Denied errors on the Access Point.
We know the routine for stopping the services, deleting FDL.dat and restarting services. I am now thinking that it's actually the Q4C licence that is causing the issue.
