HALP! I just removed folder and lost all of my Tasks!

I've been rearranging our file structure and had migrated everything into something like the following:

Parent folder

-Production

-Dashboards

-QVD Builders

-Development

-Dashboards

-QVD Builders

Now that I had everything migrated I added the Production and Development folders to the source folders in the Qlikview management console, then removed the parent folder.

The result is no tasks are assigned to any of my documents, yet they still appear on the task tab of the QMC. I tried adding the parent folder back in as a source, but it had no effect.

Do I need to recreate all of my tasks or can I somehow get them back?

If I can't get them back, how do I delete the old tasks?

Hi Scott,

you should of removed the tasks before you moved the dashboards around, whoops.

PS same applies to document cals!

You should check out the attached link, it should help!!
