we have Qlikview 11.2 installed. Our Qlikview publisher has a few tasks that we manually run every few days. The issue we are facing is that the tasks show as "executed successfully" in the log files, but nothing gets updated on the access point. We have to run each task 7-8 times before it is finally (actually) executed. We have figured out that a task is actually really executed only if it shows <global>...</global> tags anywhere in the event log. (I really don't know what that means, but that is what we have noticed). We have checked all root and mount folders, everything seems fine.
The only other thing I have noticed is that while QMS, QVS, DSC and QVWS run on Qlikview 11.2 SR9, our QDS runs on Qlikview 11.2 SR5. Could this be causing a problem? Can someone please help; I really don't know where else to look and what might be causing this error. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
