Your sample data shows "#NAME?" value. Are you intentionally did that? or is that formula makes that?

And one more question, don't you have any header A,B,C,D columns?

Do you have any criteria to remove any line? I see the 'All Garages' Yr 2015 looks like total value..

If you don't want that, you can that in where condition.
