Cannot publish QVW after add section access

I cannot publish qvw after add section access. Here is the log file:

Hi

1.

Can you make sure you have the file in the below path?

C:\Program Files\BI\Dashboard\Add-On\Performanace\SectionTest.qvw

2. Make sure you add the admin account that runs the distribution service into the section access.

or

you can add the user name and password to the task in "reload" tab under "data Protection".

Also check the section access check box

I add admin account and re-create a publish task. It can publish now.
