If the service is started then it is very straighforward - copy the QVW file to the QVS folder (configured in the Management Console - default = C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\QlikTech\Documents\) then open http://your_server_name/QlikView - you should see your document listed in Access Point.
