Qlik IPAD App connectivity issue

Hi All,

I have two environments of qlikview and when trying to enter both environments access point into Qlik IPAD app, one environment works well but while entering the access point link of other environment I get Error contacting server.

Both environment setting are same and I use IIS as web server. Please let me know if there is any web change that needs to be done for this.

To a surprise, Now I m able to connect to both access point. But after some frequent log out and log in, I m getting Error contacting server in both access points.

Is it a issue with App?
