Firstly thanks a lot for the reply!
1) The version of my server is 2.0.1+Build:46.QSM12-CIGS
2) No Upgrades or Downgrades were made.
3) And its a single Node.
This reloads are failing.
This is the error message for the task failure for License Monitor:

The dreaded "Corrupted data"
Can you send both qvf to Qlik Support with the information you gave me above? (You can export the apps from QMC).
After you export the corrupted apps, you can import 'new' apps from Sense\Repository\DefaultApps\ folder. I would import them and then publish / replace them to the Governance Stream (replace each app).
