Connection failer

I have Qlikview server ver 9

i received this error when try to open a document by IE

· connected to server ok no reoly received swithcing to http tunneling connected to server ok, connected to server ok. negotiation timed out

Check if your client may reach ethe tcp port 4747 on the QVS.

HTTP tunneling in ver 9 SR0 was not working, check if you're using SR1.
