    Document not opening in browser but logs says it was opened



      Some of our customers have complained that some of the document did not open in browser. It simply kept loading/opening for many minutes. However, when I check the Audit logs, it shows that the document was opened for the user


      I have also seen this myself that sometimes the document keeps opening or loading in the browser but the logs show that the file was opened


      Can someone please explain what this issue is and how to fix this
