What do you mean that you cannot get access?
If you cannot hit the Hub URL, then you need to follow up on Jagan's suggestion about exposing the server to the internet.
If you can connect to the Hub, but cannot authenticate, then follow up on the port requirements http://help.qlik.com/sense/2.0/en-US/online/#../Subsystems/PlanningQlikSenseDeployments/Content/Server/Server-Deployment-Ports.htm?Highlight=ports for the authentication mode. For example Windows auth requires port 4244.
If you can authenticate but get a connection lost message, then you need to whitelist the external IP, etc.
