Search Box is Moving in IE Browser Scroll down .. why? not in Full Browser vesion

After deployment , at access point  If we open the dashboard in Full browser mode Search option in List box will not move , and it work properly like as in Qlikview.

But when we open same dashboard using IE Plug in The same "Search option" for list box is moving when Browser scroll down.

I need the reason why it moving , or is there any solution to not moving that search option for List Box.
