Problem logging in to QV AccessPoint with XP SP3 / IE8

Hello,

Some of my users have XP and IE8 and they are having trouble logging into QlikView AccessPoint V9SR2.

When the user tries to enter AccessPoint the IE login window appears and asks for the username and password, but once the user enters in their information the login window disappears, the hourglass appears and it stays that way.

Has anybody else tried to use AccessPoint from this environment?

Since its XP and not Vista o Windows 7, I don't have the Protected Mode option to remove in IE Options.

Any other ideas?
