NPrinting- Error during coping file

I am new to QlikView and Nprinting. I am trying to run a report; however I am getting the above error. Does anyone have a possible solution for this?

Hi Brittany,

That error generally occurs when a file with the generated report name is already opened. In your case I suspect 0105.pptx is already opened when you run the task. Please close all instances of PowerPoint and then run the task again. Let us know if that solves the issue.
