One Dashboard Publishing in multiple Languages(French,German and English etc...)

Dear Team,

I have one dashboard called as "Deal Stage Analysis - Summary".I have a different geographical users who doen't have command on English.

We have users from French,German and English.So I am looking for a solution to "Publish Deal Stage Analysis - Summary dashboard in French,German and English"

Please let me know is there any way to achive this.If you have a sample dashboard settings or procedure manual that will be great helpful for me.
