We have implemented a Popup msg when ever user selects Month filter. It is working as expected in all conditions except in the below scenario.
Functionality: When User selects the any month in Month filter, trigger has been used for Month field to get the Popup and it results in updating the value for the variable which is used in the show condition of the Popup msg box. After selecting the Close button then the value of the variable changes and the popup msg box get disappear.
Scenario: When User selects any month then Popup msg comes up, but after selecting 'Close' button and select any value in the filters like Zone or Country and deselect the value then again Popup msg box is coming up. As per User experience this should not happen.
Note: Month, Zone & Country are associated and in few reports all belong to a single table.
Please suggest what should be the root cause and what is the solution to handle this condition.
