I have a QlikView document set up on the QlikView server for users to access via the QlikView Microsoft Internet Explorer plug-in. I have a user who has the plug-in installed, I can see on the server management console that they are an active user on the server and that they have the document open. However, the document will not load on their computer. I and other users are able to access the document without issue. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plug-in. Any other suggestions? Thanks!
