Specified connection in On-Demand request not found or incompatible

 

 

Hi,

 

I’m trying to configure Nprinting OnDemand. I have implemented the two button ‘Run report’ and ‘Reports queue’. I have checked many times that the Hostname (the IP address of the server) is correct. However, when I try to print my PDF report the following error appears: Specified connection in On-Demand request not found or incompatible.

 

Did anyone encounter it?

What are you using for the Connection ID in the report settings of the object properties? It has to match exactly to the name of the connection used in the NPrinting project file (.nsq).
