Set "Calculated formulas" in settings file?

Hi all!

I'm trying to change "Calculated formulas" value in Enterprise management console. But when i hit the apply button "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." error message appear.

I was thinking to change the value manually in settings file but i can't find this value anywhere. Can someone point me where (if is possible) to sett it?
