Qlik sense: failed to import app,please check the log file!

Dear Qlik Experts:

I have a problem when I want to import a qvf file to qliksense sever;

the file is created by qliksense desktop ;

the error shows as the picture:"failed to import app,please check the log file"

Then I check the log files,in the directory:"C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\Repository\System"

see the attach file:"SISHBL11_Service_Repository"

the error message is:App migration failed: Migration failed (HTTP code: 500)

I have tried to restart all the qliksense services and reinstall the qliksense server; But still fail to import;

PS:

Qliksense server  OS: windows server 2012 R2

Qliksense Server Version:2.1.1

Qliksense Desktop Version:2.1.1

I hope you find a solution since last month, regarding your log file : It seems your service account is not correct or does not exist :

The following service account does not exist: sa_engine

Check your services and proxy engine configuration.
