# Using a Data as a Limitation and Count it, Please Help

Hi guys,

Hopefully you can help me out.

I'm working with two Excel-Datas. The first one has the following information:

Product
Sales Quantity
Camera1,000
Printer2,000
Printer4,000
Camera3,000
Camera2,000
Camera5,000
Printer6,000
Printer2,000
Camera1,500
Printer4,500

It contains the name of the product and the sales quantity.

The second Data looks like this:

ProductLimit for Sales Quantity
Camera

3,000

Printer4,000

It also contains the name of the product but it does contain a Limit  for Sales Quantity

What i want to do with Qlik Sense is the following:

I only want to count the sales of a product which have a bigger quantity than the Limit.

The result would be:

Product
Count
Camera2
Printer3

I tried the following:

Count(SalesQuantity>=LimitforSalesQuantity)

that doesn't work.

Count({<SalesQuantity={'>=[LimitforsALESQuantity]'}>} NotionalAmountInBaseCurrency)

doesn't work ether.

Could you help me out? Thank you very much.

Kind regards

Aaron Marsau

Try this expression:

=Sum(If([Sales Quantity] >= [Limit for Sales Quantity], 1, 0))
