How to migrate 8.5 to 9.0 with existing task & job

Hi,

I have more than 50 task & 5 jobs in 8.5 publisher, is is possible to migrate 9.0 with all existing task & job.

I have scheduled each job not the task will it effect ?

For doing so what are the files need to copy form publisher folder other than QVPR means the backup I require.
