Session Calls and release period

Hi all

Today I have defined a DMS authorization in a QlikView Server. I Know that I can use 5 named calls and 1 session call. So I defined 7 custom users (User1, User2...) and I manually assigned 5 named calls to 5 custom users (User 1 -> User5).

Then I logged In with a custom user (User6) and so I used even my session Call.

The problem is that when I logged off my User6 , I found that I wasn't able to log in whit User7 because my session call haven't been released by QlikView.

Does anyone know if there is a "realised period" applied by QlikView before I can use the same session call with another named user?

Dario,

You configure this yourself in QEMC --> System --> QlikView Servers --> Performance. Here you can set session timeouts, etc.
