QlikView Extension Object Error

Hi All

I'm already using few free and licensed QlikView extensions.

Recently i downloaded a free extension from Stephan Walther site, On Off Switch Extension.

OnOffSwitch QlikView Extension

While trying to use, i'm getting the attached error.

Can someone help me on the same.
