It didn't work for me.
BUT, I managed to download QlikSense Desktop by filling the form again.
After so much work to download QlikSense, I've discovered it will not install on Windows Server, and our company only allow to run Windows software on Remote Desktop.
Too much hassle for nothing, at the end.
Point is, after choosing to download QlikSense, there is a form at right.
At that form there is a "Already registered? Click here to login" (or something like that). You can't click there.
You must fill the form, and create a account - even if you already has one.
After filling the form and sending my data again, QlikSense has downloaded normally.

The problem is that if you click in the "Already have an account? Login" link, it then redirects to QlikView instead.
I had to fill the form again.
Never mind, I've managed to download by filling the form - but after download, I've discovered it is not possible to install on Windows 2008 R2 to use in my RDS account.
It is a shame not allowing to install on RDS.
My company won't allow to install any software except to run on RDS server due security reasons (for example, not having all sensitive company data in a notebook that can be stolen - specially the B.I. analysis).
