Mozilla Firefox Private browsing warning message accessing the QS Hub

Hi all

I installed Qlik Sense at a new client yesterday and all has been fine except for one user who is using Mozilla Firefox 44.0.2 (he is not the only one using this browser), who is getting a warning message asking him to to stop using "Private Browsing" when he is clearly not.

Has anyone else encountered this and have any tips or pointers?

could u chk ur browser security setting once and  clear the cache and try once
