We are still having this message after disconnection of our presentation screens from the server.
I have tried all recommendations that I have found here but it still happens.
I appreciate your help.
This is related to timeouts. You can control the length of timeouts on the QEMC.
There is a default period of inactivity which will cause the message you are receiving.
Check the length of your 'Document timeout' -
System - Setup - Qlikview Servers - QVS - Documents - Document timeout
We have set it to 300 minutes but the error still pops up.
You can also check the options
Possible session timeout and Maximum inactive session time depending on the licences states. If you are near to use all your licences, maybe the server disconnects you to gain a licence for someone else...
We set "Possible session timeout.." and "Maximum inactive session time" on 0 (no limit)
We have only 5 documents licenses in use on 15.
