We have a situation where Access Point is up and running fine, but when we try and open one specific model, we get a Reconnecting screen and the Connection Lost error screen.
When I check the webserver Logs I see : Warning Failed to get client: Failed to get ticket
I have tried the following:
Deleting the .shared and .Meta files
Deleting the TicketData.pgo files and recreated them
Restarted all services
The model opens fine with Desktop version.
