Is it possible to interact with the engine API in a Qlik Sense app extension?
For example, this

works perfectly fine in terms of creating the dimension, but I have to refresh the application on the hub before it appears.
When running the create dimension command through the engine explorer on the dev hub, it immediately creates the dimension in the client app, which is ideally what I'd like to do.
My guess is I'm missing something obvious.
