Desktop edition v12 displays 'Personal'

User suppose to be able to use the Desktop version of the product and it was downloaded from QV website and installed. The Named licence has been assigned through QMC.

But user still having a 'Personal Edition' next to 'QlikView x64' and not able to open a .qvw file.

Please advise.

hi

the user need to open a model in the desktop

via the open in server method

in order to lease a license to his desktop installation
