Take a snapshot of a full chart - is it possible?

I'm wondering if it's possible to take a snapshot of a chart to capture the whole content - not only what is visible.

Here's the example

I've got a bar chart with a scroll bar like below.

When I take a snapshot I get an image looking just like the the one attached.
I can expand it to fullscreen to have all data visible but with smaller screens it will not fit and scroll bar still will be visible.

I'm interested in taking the full view on chart regardless the current view.
Is it anyhow possible?
