en-US list of SET statements

Can someone based in the US or with a PC/laptop set on US do me a simple quick favor and supply me with a copy-paste of the initial 17 SET statements?

In other words:

Start Sense, open the Data Load editor, and copy-paste those first 17 lines with..

SET CollationLocale='en-US';

?

I got the Dutch and the British version, but need the US version.

Should be one of the easiest questions ever (if you have a US set laptop).

Thanks ahead!

How do you handle multiple Settings dynamically?

I need to change from en-US to Spanish. But I want my numbers automatically show this change.
