personal edition license

I finished the maximum number of attempts to recover
documents allowed for a personal edition license. I
need a full license.
how can I do?

I work at a company then they have to buy the license, we have theprogram downloaded from the Internet to learn how to use it .. I knewhe was an unrestricted, right? how many days does it last?

The Personal Edition license is unrestricted, but you cannot share QlikView documents with other users. I will have our product team contact you regarding your error.
