Unable to export to excel in Version 9 SR6.

Guys, Here is my problem.

In IE Ajax when I go to send an item to excel or print it, a new window opens with a 'page not found" This is also happening in Mozilla.

Arun.. I would suspect that you're accessing the documents via either http://machine.domain.com or http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx while the QvPrint folder in your Management Console is set to http://machinename/QvPrint.

Try changing the QvPrint folder to match the name that you use when accessing the documents, so either the fully qualified domain name or the ip-number.

Check the qv application on other system. Paste your application in other SR release and see if it solves.

Hey thanks man.

We are using the url http://mydashboard-dev to access the dashboards and the print path is set to mydashboard-dev\QvPrint and also we are able to send the report to excel from IE Plugin. Will there be any setting changes required?
