I was wondering if there are any differences between sense and qlikview in terms of Maps? and which maps are to use for which case study?
The main difference:
Qlik Sense has maps out-of-the-box, QlikView does not.
If you supply the coordinates data, Qlik Sense will offer you the option to create point or area maps.
Thank you for your reply, can you please specify what you mean by out-of-the-box maps in sense
You have an exclusive map object in Qlik Sense which is simple and easy.
Where as in Qliview Scatter Chart is used for Map which requires a bit more configuration.
"Out-of-the-box" as in "you don't have to install anything else" or "it comes standard with the product" or "you don't have to buy / download other software for this to work".
